CrossFit Lakshya subscribes to the CrossFit training template. We train on the three-day on, one day off, two day on one day off format.
So we work hard from Monday to Wednesday. Thursday we rest our bodies and reset our minds. After a mid week rest day we train again on Friday and Saturday and rest again on Sundays.
Why do we have mid week break? Because, rest and recovery is absolutely important in a high intensity training module like CrossFit.
