Do you have any monthly membership options?

CrossFit Lakshya offers classes only in quarterly and half yearly formats. We are a professional outfit that demands a degree of commitment from our clients. We believe in building a community of people who are serious about getting fit.  A month is too little time to absorb the CrossFit methodology or reap the results that this amazing fitness program has to offer.

Do I need to be an athlete to start CrossFit?

NO! The training plan at CrossFit Lakshya is scalable to an individuals age and athletic abilities. In short, you don’t need to be a sports stud to start CrossFit. The training plans are customized to cater to each and every individual. Bottom-line, it doesn’t matter if you are a housewife, a couch potato who hasn’t exercised in years we got you covered.  All you need to start is START!

Why do you charge higher than a normal gym?

Normal gyms charge you a flat fee for using their machines and facility. At CrossFit Lakshya we provide individual attention to each and every client. What you get is semi personal training at quarter of its cost. That means the coaches will be constantly watch you workout, correct your movements if you are doing anything wrong. Pump you up, and pat you on your back when you give it your all.  Add to that you get, complete guidance to make a lifestyle switch, which involves nutritional plans, mindset, movement patterns mobility and injury prevention.
